By installing or using Notion Sync for Sheets ("the Add-on"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.
Notion Sync for Sheets is a Google Workspace Add-on that keeps a Notion database and a Google Sheets tab in sync in both directions, automatically. It is provided for personal and business use. The add-on runs entirely inside Google Apps Script using your own OAuth credentials; no data is processed on Four Ducks servers beyond the minimal telemetry and support features described in our Privacy Policy.
You must have a valid Google account and a Notion account to use the Add-on. You are responsible for compliance with Notion's and Google's own terms of service. Use of paid features requires a valid license purchased through Gumroad.
You may use the Add-on for any lawful purpose. You may not:
A free trial period is available after installation. Paid features — including the scheduled automatic sync — require a valid license purchased at the price stated at point of sale. The Sync now function is available at every tier, including before purchase.
We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or availability of any tier at any time with reasonable notice. If a paid tier is discontinued, a pro-rated refund will be offered where required by applicable law.
The Add-on runs inside the Google Apps Script trigger budget of the Google account in which it is installed. Each linked database uses approximately 32 minutes of that daily budget at the default 5-minute sync interval. A standard consumer Google account provides approximately 90 minutes per day, which supports roughly three linked databases. This is an architectural constraint of the Google Apps Script platform, not a policy restriction, and Four Ducks accepts no liability for sync interruptions caused by quota exhaustion.
THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE ADD-ON WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Your use of the Add-on is at your sole risk. Two-way sync involves reading and writing your Notion data and your spreadsheet cells. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of any data you consider important. We are not responsible for data loss, data corruption, or sync conflicts that result in unexpected values in either system.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOUR DUCKS / FOURDUCKS.DEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE ADD-ON.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Add-on connects to Notion's API (api.notion.com), runs within Google's Apps
Script infrastructure, and validates licenses via Gumroad. We are not responsible for the
availability, accuracy, or terms of those third-party services. Changes to Notion's API or
Google's platform may affect the Add-on's functionality without notice.
Your use of the Add-on is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail what data is stored where and what is transmitted to Four Ducks servers. By using the Add-on you agree to that policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is based, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
