By installing or using Attio for Sheets ("the Add-on"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.
Attio for Sheets is a Google Workspace Add-on that reads data from your Attio CRM workspace and writes it into Google Sheets. It is provided as-is for personal and business use.
You must have a valid Google account and an Attio account to use the Add-on. You are responsible for compliance with Attio's and Google's own terms of service.
You may use the Add-on for any lawful purpose. You may not:
The free tier is provided with no charge and no guarantee of availability. Paid tier features (if and when offered) will be described separately at point of sale. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any tier at any time with reasonable notice.
THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE ADD-ON WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Your use of the Add-on is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data returned by the Attio API.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOUR DUCKS / FOURDUCKS.DEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE ADD-ON.
The Add-on connects to Attio's API and runs within Google's Apps Script infrastructure. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those third-party services. Changes to Attio's API or Google's platform may affect the Add-on's functionality.
Your use of the Add-on is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Add-on you agree to that policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is based, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
